He was fortunate enough to continue his basketball career at Washington & Jefferson College. He later transferred back home to Youngstown State University where he earned his Bachelors Degree in Political Science. He strives to share this passion with as many people as possible and believes one of the most rewarding things in life is helping others attain their personal goals. CrossFit has not only become a passion of his, but has also helped replaced the camaraderie and competitiveness that he missed from playing sports. CrossFit has helped carry Jason to the best shape of his life and he looks forward to also helping you work towards your next PR or goal! When Jason is not training or coaching inside The Train Station, he can be found spending time with his wife, Patricia, and two kids, Elijah and Averi. |

Ryan Trimble | Gymnastics Coach
Ryan was born and raised in Youngstown, OH and attended Western Reserve High School where he played football and ran track. He continued his football career playing at Hiram College and later coached at Garrettsville and Western Reserve. Ryan's passion for fitness started at a very young age when he started competing in weightlifting in 7th grade! He started training and studying the sport of gymnastics almost 10 years ago and fell in love with it. Nothing has engaged and challenged him more than spending countless hours perfecting new skills. The thing he loves most about gymnastics if the constant learning. Every new skills set acquired is used as a stepping stone to prepare for the next skill set or challenge. When Ryan isn't training gymnastics he spends his time running, cycling (indoor and outdoor) and snowboarding. |
